Meal Preparation
Food is my love language and I am passionate about feeding postpartum parents (and the whole family) to support recovery, rebuild strength and allow you the space to rest.
I specialize in preparing traditional postpartum recipes from my own Chinese culture and others, which nourish both the body and soul.
Hours
I provide daytime support, weekdays between 10:00am - 4:00pm
Care for You
Too often after birth, the focus shifts entirely to the baby while care and attention for the birthing person fall away. But your physical and emotional recovery and well-being are of the utmost importance. Not only does your body need to heal from the exertion of giving birth, but you also need your strength and resilience to care for this new tiny human.
I provide massage, sitz baths, and other comfort measures, lactation support, birth story processing, talking about how things are going for you, and support in navigating all the changes that come with parenthood.
Service Area
I am based in Berkeley and work with clients located within a 30-45 minute driving distance
Caring for Your Baby
My first goal is to support you in bonding and spending quality time with your baby. I provide education around the practicalities of newborn care and help you get comfortable with everything from bathing to burping to babywearing.
And if you’re ready for a break, I can take care of the baby for a couple of hours while you nap, shower, take a walk, or whatever else you might need to do to attend to your own mental health.
