About Me
I am a deeply caring and nurturing postpartum doula with a rich, mixed heritage and a deep appreciation for cultural traditions. As a parent of two, my own journey into parenthood led me to this work, inspiring me to support families in one of life’s most tender and transformative seasons. I treasure the postpartum experience, creating a warm, nourishing space where parents can rest, heal, and bond with their baby. With cultural awareness and fluidity, particularly in Asian traditions, I honor and integrate meaningful postpartum practices while remaining open and adaptable to each family’s unique needs.
I became a postpartum doula in 2022, when my own kids were 4 and 6.
I am trained and certified with Natural Resources in San Francisco. I specialize in postpartum nutrition and preparing healthy meals for the whole family. I also provide education and support with baby care, lactation, and massage and other comfort measures. I teach the baby care class at Loving Arms in Emeryville and I am a member of the Asian Birth Collective.
